Anysphere · MCP + API key
Tebar for Cursor
Ask Cursor's agent to announce a release or turn your changes into Threads and Instagram posts.
How to connect
- 1
Create an API key
Create an API key in the Tebar dashboard (API keys menu). Choose read-only if the agent only needs to read.
- 2
Add it to mcp.json
In Cursor: Settings → MCP → Add new MCP server, or edit ~/.cursor/mcp.json.
~/.cursor/mcp.json
{
"mcpServers": {
"tebar": {
"url": "https://api.tebar.app/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer tb_live_xxx" }
}
}
}No account yet? Sign up free, then connect Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, or Discord in the dashboard. The full guide is at docs.tebar.app, and the steps above follow Cursor’s official guide.
Try asking
- "Write a caption for this photo, then schedule it for 7 pm tomorrow on Instagram and Threads."
- "Which comments haven’t been answered yet? Suggest replies first."
- "Which post from last week got the most views?"
- "Move Friday’s post to Saturday at 9 am."
About Cursor
How is using Cursor different from the Tebar dashboard?
Both use the same Tebar account. Posts made by Cursor show up on the dashboard calendar, and the other way round. Use whichever feels easiest.
Can Cursor post without me knowing?
AI assistants are asked to confirm the text and target accounts before creating a post. You can also give read-only access, and revoke access any time from the Tebar dashboard.
Which plan do I need?
MCP and API access come with every paid plan (Starter, Basic, Pro), including the 14-day Pro trial for new sign-ups.
