About payment
How do I pay?
QRIS, bank virtual account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and others), or e-wallet. Payments are processed by Duitku; you pick the method on the payment page.
Can it renew automatically?
Only if you turn it on. QRIS, virtual account, and e-wallet payments are one-off: you pay per period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and get a reminder email 7 days and 1 day before it ends. For automatic renewal, top up your Tebar balance and turn on auto-renew ("Perpanjang otomatis" on the Langganan page): the plan you pick is paid from the balance a day before it ends. Renewing early is fine too: the time you have left is kept and the new period is added after it.
What happens when my plan runs out?
It keeps working for a 3-day grace period, then moves to Free: 2 active accounts and 30 posts per month, without the API and MCP. Your other accounts are not deleted, only paused, and they come back as soon as you pay.
How does the trial work?
Every new sign-up gets 14 days of Pro once their email is confirmed, no credit card. If you pay during the trial, your plan starts when the trial ends.
Can I move to a higher plan?
Any time, for example from Starter to Basic or Pro. What is left of your old plan becomes days on the new one at the same value, then the period you bought is added after it. Moving to a lower plan takes effect when the current plan ends.
How does one post to Instagram and Threads count?
As one. The Free quota counts posts, however many accounts they go to. Canceled posts do not count, and the quota resets on the 1st of every month.
