These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the tebar.appwebsite, the publish.tebar.app dashboard, the REST API, and the MCP server atapi.tebar.app (together, the “Service”), run by Tebar (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Tebar helps you create, schedule, and publish content and manage comments on Instagram, Threads, and TikTok, and publish content to LinkedIn profiles, YouTube channels, X accounts, Telegram channels and groups, Discord server channels, and Pinterest boards, through the dashboard, the REST API, or AI assistants connected through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Tebar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, LinkedIn Corporation, Google LLC (YouTube), X Corp., Telegram, Discord, or Pinterest.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Your sign-up details must be accurate, and your email address must be active, as we use it for important notices.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, API keys, and the app access you create confidential, and for all activity through your account.
- If you suspect your account is being misused, change your password, revoke your API keys, and contact us right away.
- If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Social media accounts
Instagram and Threads
- You may only connect accounts you own or are entitled to manage.
- Using Instagram and Threads through Tebar remains subject to Meta's terms and community guidelines. Breaches of those rules are your responsibility.
- Meta sets its own limits and rules (for example the number of posts per day, media formats, and access permissions), which may change at any time. We do not guarantee that every post is accepted by the platform, and are not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or account removals made by Meta.
- If an account's access ends or is revoked, scheduled posts for that account cannot go out until the account is reconnected.
- Using LinkedIn through Tebar is subject to LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. The rules and limits set by LinkedIn apply in the same way as Meta's rules above.
- Access to a LinkedIn profile lasts 60 days. After that, the profile must be reconnected for scheduled posts to go out.
X
- Using X through Tebar is subject to the X Terms of Service and X Rules. The rules and limits set by X (for example the number of posts, media formats, and the ban on spam) apply in the same way as Meta's rules above.
- X charges for every post made through third-party apps. So each post to X is deducted from your Tebar balance when it is published, at the rate shown before posting. Posts that fail to publish are not charged.
- X may change its rates. If it does, Tebar's rate for posts to X may change for later posts.
Telegram
- Using Telegram through Tebar is subject to the Telegram Terms of Service. You may only connect channels or groups that you own or administer.
- Tebar posts through one official bot (@TebarAppBot) shared by all users. To keep that bot from being blocked, each channel or group is limited to 50 posts per 24 hours, and spam or content that breaks Telegram's rules is prohibited. We may disconnect chats that put the shared bot at risk.
- In groups, posts appear as messages from the Tebar bot. In channels, posts appear under the channel's name.
- The bot's access ends when you remove it from the chat or disconnect the chat from the Accounts page. How we handle Telegram data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Discord
- Using Discord through Tebar is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may only connect channels in servers where you are allowed to manage webhooks.
- Posts appear as messages from the Tebar webhook. Mentions such as @everyone are sent without notifying anyone, and spam to Discord servers is prohibited.
- Tebar's access to a channel ends when its webhook is deleted in Discord or the channel is disconnected from the Accounts page. How we handle Discord data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Using Pinterest through Tebar is subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may only connect Pinterest accounts you own or are entitled to manage.
- You choose every Pin that is published, along with its board. Tebar offers no feature that creates, saves, or publishes Pins automatically without you considering each Pin, and spamming Pinterest is prohibited.
- Pinterest sets its own limits and rules (for example media formats and the number of requests). We do not guarantee that every Pin is accepted by Pinterest.
- You can revoke Tebar's access at any time from the Accounts page in the dashboard or from the app settings in your Pinterest account. How we handle Pinterest data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
TikTok
- Using TikTok through Tebar is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Videos published through Tebar are always public; for photos you choose who can see them. Private TikTok accounts can only post photos or drafts.
- TikTok limits the number of posts per account (currently 15 per day and 6 per minute) and moderates every post before it goes live. We do not guarantee that every post is accepted by TikTok.
- You can revoke Tebar's access to the account at any time from the Accounts page in the dashboard or from the TikTok app. How we handle TikTok data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
YouTube
- Tebar's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using Tebar's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, including its community guidelines. Data processed by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- You decide whether a video is made for kids, and the label for altered or AI-generated content. Tebar never fills these in for you.
- YouTube limits the number of uploads per day for each app. When that limit is reached, uploads are refused until the next day (Pacific time).
- You can revoke Tebar's access to the channel at any time from the Accounts page in the dashboard or from your Google account security settings. How we handle YouTube data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Managing accounts for others
With profiles and connect links, you can manage social media accounts that belong to clients or other parties, including through your own app built on the Tebar API, and charge them for your services. When you do:
- You confirm that you have the account owner's permission to manage their account and process their data, and you are responsible for everything done through that account from Tebar.
- You must keep each account owner's data separate. Do not show or give one profile's data to another account owner or a third party without the owner's consent.
- Platform data you receive through the dashboard, API, or webhooks remains subject to that platform's rules (for example the bans on selling data, combining data from different owners, or redistributing content) and to personal data protection law. For that data, you are the Personal Data Controller (see the Privacy Policy).
- A connect link works once and anyone who opens it can connect an account to your profile. Only send the link to the intended account owner, and do not post it publicly.
- Account owners can revoke access at any time from their platform. Respect their requests to disconnect their account or delete their data.
4. Your content
- The content you create or upload (text, photos, videos) remains yours.
- You give us a limited permission to store, process (for example making video thumbnails), and send that content to the platforms you choose, solely to run the Service. This permission ends when the content or your account is deleted.
- Media storage is limited per plan (listed on the Pricing page). When it is full, you cannot upload new media until some is deleted or the plan is upgraded; media already stored is not deleted because of the quota. Media not kept in the library is deleted automatically 30 days after the posts using it are finished, or 7 days if unused. Keep your own copies of important files.
- You confirm that you hold the rights to that content and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademarks, and privacy.
5. AI assistants, the API, webhooks, and automation
- When you connect an AI assistant or app through MCP, OAuth, or an API key, the actions that app takes with the permissions you give it count as your actions.
- Webhooks send data to the URLs you register. Make sure those URLs are yours or systems you manage, and keep their secrets confidential. Webhooks that keep failing are disabled automatically.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Check the post's content and target accounts before approving publication. You can give read-only access and revoke access at any time from the dashboard.
- The API and MCP have usage limits (rate limits). Do not try to get around them, for example by creating many accounts.
- We may change, add, or retire endpoints and tools. For changes that break compatibility, we try to give notice in advance through the documentation or by email.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for:
- spam, including unwanted mass posting or commenting, and fake engagement;
- content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, violent, exploits children, or infringes the rights of others;
- impersonating another person or business;
- collecting other people's data (for example commenters') beyond what is needed to manage the accounts you manage;
- disrupting, overloading, or trying to break into the Service, including security testing without our written permission;
- selling, renting, or sharing your Tebar password, API keys, or account access with others. Managing accounts for others through profiles, connect links, or your own app built on the API is allowed as described in section 3.
7. Pricing
- The Service is available in Free, Starter, Basic, and Pro plans. Each plan's price, account limit, post quota, and API/MCP access are listed on the Pricing pageand in the dashboard before you pay.
- New sign-ups get a free Pro trial once, starting when their email is confirmed. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you buy a plan.
- Paid plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, paid through Duitku or your Tebar balance. A plan only renews automatically if you turn on Perpanjang otomatis (auto-renew), and only by deducting your balance. A plan becomes active once payment is confirmed.
- Tebar balance can only be used to buy Tebar services, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or moved to another account, and does not expire. Balance used for an invoice that is not paid is returned to your balance.
- When a plan ends, there is a short grace period, then the account moves to the Free plan. Social media accounts above the plan's limit are deactivated (not deleted) and become active again once you buy a plan that covers them.
- No refunds. Plan payments, balance top-ups, and remaining balance cannot be refunded as money, unless we fail to provide a Service that has been paid for or refunds are required by applicable law. Contact us if a charge is wrong.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Periods already paid for are not affected.
8. Availability of the Service
The Service is still in beta and is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and posts going out on time, but do not guarantee that the Service is free of interruptions or errors. Publishing also depends on Meta's systems, which are outside our control. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or lost profits, data, or reputation arising from use of the Service, including posts that fail or go out late, actions of AI assistants you connect, and Meta's decisions about your account. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to anything that by law cannot be limited.
10. Termination
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account from Settings → Delete account. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, endanger the Service or other users, or when required by law. Where possible, we give notice in advance with the reason.
- Posts already published stay on their platforms after the Tebar account is closed.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes, we let you know by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you are deemed to accept the new Terms.
